Trigger Source

Manually trigger an adapter pull. Runs in background — returns immediately.

Goes through the same gate as every other run (services.import_scheduler. run_one_adapter_now → the Source Registry): a source without permission, credential or a live integration is refused here with the reason. This endpoint used to import and call the adapter module directly, which could run HTML readers and Eventbrite regardless of any switch.
