Send Outreach

Send claim-invitation emails to unclaimed Zimbabwean activity organisers.

Wave-deploy pattern:

  1. GET /preview — check audience size
  2. POST /send?dry_run=true — validate & count (safe)
  3. POST /send?dry_run=false&confirm=true&max_send=25 — first wave
  4. Repeat step 3 until audience is exhausted
