Interjects Summary

Aggregate interject events for the admin dashboard.

Reads from interject_events directly — no service-layer aggregation cache yet. The table is indexed on (kind, created_at) and (action, created_at) so this query stays cheap even on a large event volume. Per-build filters scan metadata JSONB; admins will only use these for diagnostic dives, so the cost is tolerable.
