Registration Redirect

Capture the outbound click + 302 to the activity's external registration URL.

Behaviour:

  • 400 if activity_id is not a valid UUID.
  • 404 if the activity doesn't exist.
  • 404 if no registration URL is set (the frontend should not have rendered a Register button).
  • 400 if the registration URL is not http(s) (defensive: never an open-redirect to javascript:/data:/file:).
  • 302 to registration_url (preferred) or registration_link (legacy).
  • Click row recorded in activity_outbound_clicks with source='registration_<src>' AFTER the redirect is prepared (background task; tracking failure never blocks the user).
