Returns users who checked in to this activity in the last 12 hours.

2026-09-18 safety audit fix (P0-1): this previously used the OPTIONAL auth dependency and never read session at all, so it was reachable with no token, and returned real names/photos for every checked-in user with no is_minor/incognito_mode filter — an unauthenticated PII leak of minors. Now requires real auth and applies the same guards the sibling people_faces query in /experience-state already uses.
