Spontaneous Company Intent

One-tap "find me a match" entry point triggered immediately after joining or expressing interest in an activity.

Activates an open LFC intent with smart defaults — no preference form required. If the user already has an active intent, reuses it and returns fresh matches. Returns {intent, matches, activated: bool, already_active: bool}.
