Deactivate My Account

Deactivate (not delete) the calling user's account.

Bans the user in Clerk so they can no longer sign in; local data is preserved. Reactivation = admin unban in Clerk. Returns 503 if Clerk isn't configured — deactivation must actually take effect or fail loudly, never silently succeed.
