Register
Registers a new user.
Request body: JSON object with emailAddress, password, and invitationCode. In standalone environments, new users are activated immediately. If /etc/ActionStreamerWebAPI/RevealErrors.flag exists, the controller returns the underlying error message for troubleshooting.
