MoQ

Creates a short-lived MoQ publish credential for a StreamSession.

Request body: JSON object with streamID, streamSessionID, mediaServerID, sourceDeviceID, and sourceDeviceSerial. Returns a relay URL, opaque namespace, JWT, and expiration timestamp for MoQ publish access.
