DeviceHealth

Creates a device health record.

Request body: JSON object. Accepts either deviceSerial or deviceName. If healthJSON.time.datetime contains a valid epoch in milliseconds within 1 day before or 24 hours after receipt, it is used for healthDate; otherwise the server uses the current UTC time.
