Request body: JSON object. The request must include deviceSerial, or the compatibility deviceName, a capability version, a SHA-256 capability hash, and the complete Sensor list. Capability reports must not include credentials, tokens, or media URLs. If /etc/ActionStreamerWebAPI/RevealErrors.flag exists, validation and reconciliation failures return more specific troubleshooting details.
