Provisions a domain for CDN services

Provisions a domain for CDN services within a subscription by associating it with an environment. For Cloudflare-backed subscriptions, callers may provide edge_group (production or non-production) to select the namespace group to provision into.

The fully qualified domain name.

The environment identifier that the domain will be associated with for purging purposes.

The Edge Plus namespace group to provision the domain into for Cloudflare-backed subscriptions.
