The settlement feed
Cursor-paged transfers, newest first by default. The filters below are exhaustive — an unknown parameter is 400 unknown_param. There is no combined "touching this address" filter: query payer and recipient separately and merge. An entry page carries total; a count that does not finish in time is total: null with total_unavailable_reason: timeout (the rows are real, keep paging).

Query parameters
Pass it explicitly — silent default is Base (8453); an answer about the wrong network looks exactly like an answer. Accepted as the number, the number in a string, the network slug (ethereum, bnb-chain, … from /v1/networks) or the CAIP-2 id. Surrounding whitespace, a leading + and leading zeros are ignored, slugs and CAIP-2 ids match in any letter case, and an empty or blank value is the parameter left off (/v1/freezes/acts alone refuses it).
Sender address, in the network's spelling.
Recipient address, in the network's spelling.
Stablecoin symbol or contract address.
Transaction hash. Without chain this searches Base only. An empty answer cannot tell a transaction older than hot_window_start (offloaded) from one that never happened — treat it as unknown, not absent.
Block number.
1–200; anything else is a 400.
The previous page's next_cursor, with the same filters.
Legacy offset paging; prefer cursor.
Response
One page of the settlement feed.
