Search for ICD-10-CM codes.

Two search modes:

  • index (default): Search the alphabetic index by medical terms. Use main_term + subterms for hierarchical navigation (recommended), or just q for free-text search.
  • tabular: Search code descriptions in the tabular list. Useful when the alphabetic index doesn't have a direct match.
