Register Domain

Register a vanity hostname for white-label branding (admin+).

Returns a DNS TXT verification token. NO DNS/cert binding happens here — the mapping is inert until ops verifies the TXT record (sets verified_at) and wires the host to ingress with a managed cert. Production hosts are refused.
