Group Drg
Group one inpatient claim with the CMS MS-DRG grouper and Medicare Code Editor.
The grouper version is chosen from the discharge date (v42.0 … v44.0) and every procedure is first checked against the ICD-10-PCS edition in force that day — an invalid code is a 422 listing why, never silently grouped. Missing POA, discharge status, POA-reporting status, dates, age or sex are refused with typed 422s (drg_poa_missing, …).
Requires Pro or Enterprise tier, an executed BAA, and PHI activation.
