Get HCC information for multiple codes in a single request.

Returns a summary of HCC mappings for each code, indicating whether it maps to CMS-HCC, RxHCC, or HHS-HCC.

When include_weights=true, RAF weights are included for each code's HCC categories.

Limits:

• Maximum 50 codes per request
• Requires Pro or Enterprise tier
