audit (default) = operational audit_logs. disclosures = the HIPAA §164.528 accounting-of-disclosures ledger (phi_access_log), filterable by upstream_tenant_id + resource_id; pro and enterprise tiers.

disclosures only: filter to one delegated upstream tenant id.

resource_idstring nullable

disclosures only: filter to one subject/patient handle (resource_id).

viewstring

rows (default) streams individual entries. breakdown (disclosures only) returns an aggregated per-tenant / per-patient §164.528 accounting summary.
