[DRAFT] Use this endpoint to get a list of 'active' payment methods supported by the current company.

Behavior:

• Returns 200 with a list of the available payment methods. If the company has no payment methods created, it returns an empty list.
• Returns 400 if URI path isn't correct.
• Returns 500 if an internal error occurs.
