[DRAFT] Delete Personal Appointment

[DRAFT] Use this endpoint to remove a single appointment(Personal type) from an existing calendar. The appointment to delete cannot be recurrent.

This endpoint is rate limited. Use the RateLimit-* response headers to check current limits and remaining quota.
