Get a student's result for a test

A student's result for a test, fetchable on demand rather than relying solely on the test_result.evaluated webhook.

Returns 200 even while evaluation is still in progress — check status and keep polling until it's EVALUATED or DISPUTED, at which point marks_obtained, evaluated_at, report_card_url and graded_answersheet_url are populated.

Returns 404 if the test doesn't exist, student_ref doesn't match any student in your organisation, or that student has no attempt at this test at all.

Presigned link to the annotated/marked-up answer sheet PDF. Only present for an offline/scanned attempt once annotation has finished — null for a CBT/online attempt (nothing to scan) or before annotation completes. Expires; re-fetch this endpoint for a fresh one rather than caching it.
