Confirm an answer sheet upload

Step 2 of 2. Call once the PDF has been uploaded. Verifies it arrived, records it against the student's attempt, and queues evaluation.

Takes only the upload_ref — the test and the student were fixed when you initiated, so neither is re-sent.

Safe to retry: repeating a confirmed upload_ref returns the same attempt rather than evaluating again. To genuinely replace a student's sheet, initiate a fresh upload — that re-runs evaluation and consumes credits again, and is refused only while an evaluation is in flight.

Evaluation is asynchronous — results arrive as a test.result webhook.
