Update a rule assignment

Changed on

Updates an existing rule assignment. You can change the date range or reassign to a different rule. An end date is only accepted on the day before the next assignment starts or on the member's last employment day; otherwise leave the end open by sending null. Gaps or overlaps inherited from before this rule are tolerated, but an edit may not widen them.
