Get a member's out of office settings

Returns one entry per leave type for which an out of office message is configured for this member. An empty array means the member has no configured message. sync_enabled tells you whether absentify writes the message to the member's mailbox, and allow_member_edit_out_of_office_message whether the member may change the text themselves.
