Suffixed because the v1 handler above is also called api_marketplace_search, and the second def shadowed the first at module scope. Both routes worked — the decorator holds each function object — but UNTESTED_ENDPOINTS.md scores coverage by whether a handler's name appears under tests/, so a single test naming api_marketplace_search marked both routes tested when only one was.
