Creator submits two distinct ERC-20 transaction hashes. USDC is verified on Base, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, or Polygon; A2A is verified on Base only. A2A402 verifies the selected chain, token contract, sender, recipients, successful receipts, exact amounts, distinct hashes, and minimum confirmation depth before marking PAID.
