Sources: FCC ECFS filings (metadata: filer, docket, type, date, link, and which key terms ECFS finds in the filing), SEC EDGAR 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K filings (summary and short quotes from the filing), GDELT news metadata (headline, outlet, date, link), and any press source enabled under Scout's source policy. Each item has source, published date, link, Scout's own summary, up to two short quotes verified word for word against the source, and entities linked to the TDoc catalog (organizations, work items, specs, meetings, releases), plus the countries named and any companies outside the catalog.
Use it for company statements, regulatory filings and market context. It is never evidence of what a 3GPP specification says or what a meeting agreed: pair it with the TDoc and spec tools. coverage lists the sources searched and when each was last refreshed.
Errors: 400 invalid_parameter, 404 organization_not_found, 409 organization_ambiguous (candidates returned), 503 catalog_timeout.
