List 3GPP working group meetings in the TDoc catalog (RAN1, RAN2, RAN3, RAN4, SA2 pilot scope).

Each meeting has dates, location, TDoc number range, TDoc counts, and coverage: full_register when the whole meeting register is in the catalog, partial when only revision-linked or on-demand TDocs are.
