Printers

Signed default-image thumbnails for every printer the caller owns.

Deliberately has no anonymous variant. Surfaces that merely mention a printer read this map instead of carrying a signed URL on their own DTO, which is what keeps printer photos off public print pages without a guard on each of those surfaces.
