Filaments

Upload an image to a filament.

The uploaded bytes are decoded server-side; the client's declared content type is not trusted. An undecodable or disallowed file is rejected before anything is stored.

Thumbnail URL; falls back to PrintLogApi.Models.DTOs.Filament.FilamentImageDto.Url when no thumbnail exists.
