simulate

Simulate the ETR curve of one local day.

Predicts the electron transport rate per local hour for the day described in the request, using the model the request names. A model may be used by members of the organizations it is enabled for. The readings are taken from the request rather than from stored measurements, so a day that has been edited can be simulated. Every hour from 0 to 23 must be stated, in both the day and the previous day, and par must be leaf-level PAR. Authentication required for this operation.

Local date of the day to simulate, e.g. 2026-04-20.

modelstring required

Key of the model to score the day with, e.g. anthura. Matched case-insensitively, and available only to members of an organization the model is enabled for.

prevNightMaxEffnumber double required

Peak photosynthesis_efficiency of the night before the simulated day. It cannot be derived from PAR and VPD, so it must be stated.
