Get an item's history cut into its fixed expiration periods, newest first: a Compliance 2.0 answer's periods come from its question, a finding's from its own expiration interval. For each period: its first and last day, the item's last status in it, and how many comments and files were added in it. The changes inside a period are listed by queryItemChangeHistory with its date filter set to the period, such as 2026-10-01..2026-12-31.
