Correct what the system believes

Human users only. A correction pins the fact: the background processor will not re-derive over it, because someone correcting what a system believes about them outranks the inference that got it wrong.

The correction is appended to the fact's provenance as a human entry, so the record shows both what was inferred and that a person disagreed.
