Verify a builder webhook destination

Activates a pending webhook destination. Two conditions must both hold: the one-time verification token matches and has not expired, AND the destination answers 2xx to a signed challenge this operation POSTs to the endpoint's stored url. The challenge body is {"type":"webhook.verification","token":"<verification_token>","webhook_id":<id>}. It carries x-0xinsider-event-type: webhook.verification plus the same x-0xinsider-timestamp and x-0xinsider-signature headers a delivery carries, signed with that endpoint's signing_secret, so verify it exactly as you verify a delivery. Answer any 2xx within 10 seconds; the challenge response body is never read, and the challenge follows no redirects. A status outside 2xx, no answer within 10 seconds, or a url that does not resolve to a publicly routable address leaves status at pending_verification and returns 422. The token alone never activates an endpoint.

X-Query-Validation'strict'

Opt into strict query-name validation. The default is compatible: unknown names are ignored and reported in X-Query-Ignored. With strict, an unknown name returns 400 bad_request with error.reason unknown_query_parameter before the handler runs, including when its percent escape is incomplete.

Request body

verification_tokenstring required

The one-time token returned on create or on a url change. It is necessary but not sufficient: the destination must also answer the signed webhook.verification challenge with a 2xx.
