Redeliver a dead-lettered webhook delivery

Returns one dead_letter delivery to the delivery queue with a fresh attempt budget: status becomes pending, attempt_count resets to 0, and next_attempt_at is now, so the delivery worker claims it like any queued delivery, under the same per-owner and per-origin concurrency limits. Use it after a failed delivery exhausts its retries, or after re-enabling an endpoint whose queued deliveries were dead-lettered when it was disabled: PATCH /api/v1/webhooks/{id} {"enabled": true} resends nothing by itself. The resend is signed with the endpoint's current signing secret and sent to its current URL, and keeps the delivery's event_id and idempotency-key header, so a receiver that already processed the event can deduplicate it; x-0xinsider-delivery-attempt starts again at 1. last_response_status and last_error keep the previous failure until the next attempt records its own. Returns 409 when the delivery is already delivered or still queued (pending, retry, or processing), or when the endpoint would not receive it (disabled, not verified, or no longer subscribed to the delivery's event_type); error.message names the step that lets the same request succeed. Returns 404 for an endpoint or delivery the caller does not own, including a delivery removed by the seven-day retention of delivered and dead_letter history.

delivery_idinteger required

Delivery id from GET /api/v1/webhooks/{id}/deliveries. It must belong to the webhook endpoint named by id.

Headers

X-Query-Validation'strict'

Opt into strict query-name validation. The default is compatible: unknown names are ignored and reported in X-Query-Ignored. With strict, an unknown name returns 400 bad_request with error.reason unknown_query_parameter before the handler runs, including when its percent escape is incomplete.

Idempotency-Keystring

Optional safe-retry key. Reuse the same value only when retrying the exact same mutation request body; a different body returns 422 and an in-flight matching request returns 409.

Response

The requeued delivery, in the same shape as one GET /api/v1/webhooks/{id}/deliveries row.
