Get insider radar flags

Suspicious trading pattern flags — pre-resolution accumulation and coordinated wallets. Each flag carries recorded per-signal component scores; they are nullable and historical. Cursor-paginated by suspicion score.

Minimum suspicion score (0-100).

Filter by severity level.
