Get historical trades (fills) for a HIP-3 Builder Perps coin within a time range. Coverage is symbol-specific; inspect /v1/symbols coverage_by_type.trades before choosing a time range.

Pagination: Use the cursor parameter with the value from the previous response's next_cursor for efficient pagination.
