Changes to List intents

deleted the query request parameter limit

removed the optional property meta/count from the response with the 200 status

added the new optional query request parameter per_page

added the optional property meta/page_count to the response with the 200 status

the response property data/items/attributes/resource_id became nullable for the status 200

response property data/items/attributes/resource_id list-of-types was widened by adding types integer to media type application/json of response 200

response property meta/next_cursor list-of-types was widened by adding types string to media type application/json of response 200
