for the query request parameter limit, the max was decreased from 1000.00 to 100.00

added the new leverate_crm enum value to the campaigns/items/calling_list/method response property for the response status 200

added the optional property campaigns/items/amd_comfort_noise_enabled to the response with the 200 status
