Changes to POST /v2/vals

changed the pattern of the request property name from ^[a-zA-Z][a-zA-Z0-9\-_]*$ to ^(\.config|[a-zA-Z][a-zA-Z0-9\-_]*)$

the privacy request property type changed from string to no type

the privacy response's property type changed from string to no type for status 201

added the new optional request property orgId

added the required property author/type to the response with the 201 status

added the required property imageUrl to the response with the 201 status
