for the query request parameter client_id, the minLength was increased from 0 to 1

added the pattern ^[A-Za-z0-9_-]{43}$ to the query request parameter code_challenge

for the query request parameter client_id, the maxLength was set to 128

for the query request parameter state, the maxLength was set to 1024

for the query request parameter code_challenge, the minLength was decreased from 1 to 0
