added the pattern ^[a-zA-Z0-9_:\-\.\*]+$ to the request property keys/items/permissions/items

the keys/items/permissions/items request property's maxLength was increased from 100 to 128

the keys/items/roles/items request property's maxLength was increased from 100 to 128

the endpoint scheme security bearer was added to the API

the endpoint scheme security rootKey was removed from the API

added the non-success response with the status 429

api operation id migrateKeys removed and replaced with keys.migrateKeys
