deleted the header request parameter x-api-key

the endpoint scheme security x-api-key was added to the API

api operation id delete-user-metadata removed and replaced with assets_delete_user_metadata

removed the optional property docs_url from the response with the 400 status

removed the success response with the status 204

added the success response with the status 200
