the endpoint scheme security oauth2 was added to the API

deleted the header request parameter X-Organization-Id

deleted the query request parameter organizationId

api operation id TrustPortalController_listPublicVendors_v1 removed and replaced with TrustPortalController_listVendors_v1

added the new optional query request parameter all
