Changes to Get a student's sanctions

for the path request parameter studentNameId, the format was generalized from int32 to int64

the sanctions/items/staffMember/oneOf[#/components/schemas/SanctionStaffDto]/nameId response's property format changed from int32 to int64 for status 200

the sanctions/items/student/oneOf[#/components/schemas/SanctionStudentDto]/nameId response's property format changed from int32 to int64 for status 200

the sanctions/items/student/oneOf[#/components/schemas/SanctionStudentDto]/pupilId response's property format changed from int32 to int64 for status 200

the sanctions/items/subject/oneOf[#/components/schemas/SanctionSubjectDto]/subjectId response's property format changed from int32 to int64 for status 200
