Update white-label report branding

Update the org's white-label branding for client reports (logo, name, website, accent color, visibility toggles). All fields optional. Requires white-label access (Scale plan / AppSumo tier 3+).

Accent colour as a 6-digit hex, including the leading '#', e.g. '#7C3AED'. Shorthand like '#fff' and named colours are rejected. Send null to clear it and fall back to the brand colour.
