the response property users/items/allOf[#/components/schemas/User]/api_access/scope became nullable for the status 200

added the new oauth enum value to the users/items/allOf[#/components/schemas/User]/api_access/auth_type response property for the response status 200

added the media type application/json for the response with the status 403

added the non-success response with the status 429

removed the invalid_json enum value from the error response property for the response status 400

response property detail list-of-types was narrowed by removing types array from media type application/json of response 400
