Changes to List jobs

added the new optional query request parameter workspace_id

the response property jobs/items/last_run_at became nullable for the status 200

the response property jobs/items/next_run_at became nullable for the status 200

the jobs/items/created_at response's property type changed from integer to string, and format from no format to date-time for status 200

the jobs/items/last_run_at response's property type changed from integer to string, and format from no format to date-time for status 200

the jobs/items/next_run_at response's property type changed from integer to string, and format from no format to date-time for status 200

added the optional property jobs/items/updated_at to the response with the 200 status

removed the enrich_snapshot enum value from the jobs/items/action response property for the response status 200
