Changes to Create a new coupon code

the oneOf[subschema #1]/data response's property type changed from object to no type for status 409

removed the required property oneOf[subschema #1]/data/code from the response with the 409 status

added subschema #1 subschema #2 to the oneOf[subschema #1]/data response property anyOf list for the response status 409

added the non-success response with the status 412
