deleted the header request parameter Api-Token

api operation id ocCancelTheRegistrationOfOperators removed and replaced with unregisterOperators

added the new optional header request parameter api-token

for the query request parameter operator_ids, the type was generalized from array to string

added the media type application/json for the response with the status 200

the header request parameter Api-Token became optional

the header request parameter Api-Token became required
